Sherry O’Boyle is a Corporate Trainer for Linn-Benton Community College Extended Learning. For over a decade she has created and facilitated events for strategic planning, change management, and Lean methods. Sherry’s leadership training includes emphasis on emotional intelligence, coaching and mentoring, giving and receiving feedback, change management, and Lean management.
Her education includes an Associate of Arts from Oregon Institute of Technology, a Bachelor’s in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Linfield College, and an MEd in Adult Education/Organizational and Human Resources Education from Oregon State University. She is a certified professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and a Green Belt in Lean Leadership. She is a certified facilitator in Emotional Intelligence (TalentSmart), The Collaboration Game (Winsor-Jenkins), Meyers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI).
